Purchased Groupon packages have a specified expiration date. The date is based on the first day of your treatment:
Laser Hair Removal – 6 months from first redemption of service. Microneedling and PRP – 2 months from first redemption of service.
Groupon Refunds: For refunds of UNUSED Groupon vouchers, please contact Groupon. Groupon is a third-party company and Skin Code LA has no control over Groupon refunds.

All packages have expiration dates from the first date of service and the patient is notified of this date when they are being checked out.
It is a patient’s responsibility to remember the expiration date and there are no exceptions. All packages purchased in-house and at www.skincodela.com are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
